Big Ben through the car window. (eeee~!)
Now I actually feel like the photos we’ve seen didn’t do the whole look or whatever justice, especially his hair and hairpieces. Hmm.
(But worth watching just for him walking in heels, rofl.)

J.M. Barrie Peter Pan, pg. 23 |
Today I got to watch a man become a child, for just a second.
We hung hundreds of colored, paper leaves, just out of reach of those walking below them. They were so beautiful while up. But never, never as beautiful as what I saw taking them down.
He always bears more weight than I could hold, and today as I watched him leap and laugh and tear, he looked light for the first time. We counted how many we could snatch in one jump, and he was so proud of his record. Things were as light as paper shapes for just one moment. And now that things have come crashing down, he will still have that weight to bear, but I have this moment forever. Unfair. Like the beauty of dying leaves.
